Dear Sir,

This is further to my research papers on State-Society Relations; I am now evaluating Political Feudalism, which is main cause of Corruption in the Governance system.

Political Feudalism can be understood through various aspects.

i. What is Political Feudalism?

Political Feudalism is a fabric that creates a parallel state within the Statehood. The polity of these fabrics is mainly interest group. Since interests vary, so it generates new fabric.

Political Feudalism can be based on Identity, Interest or Ideology. These create conflicts within the State-system due to diversified interests. To attain their respective goal, these fabrics create a Political Representation to Control the Political Power in a Democratic set-up.

ii. How Political feudalism works in a democratic set-up?

In a democracy, People’s Representation is based through either Political Parties or independent. Both are constitutionally viable. In any Fabric, which is based on Interest / Identity / Ideology, only have a limited approach. To maintain its fabric one needs a huge fund towards promoting, professing and sustaining its political fabric. These need a complete bureaucracy to maintain the Interest / Identity and Ideology of the respective fabric. The source of fund to maintain these fabrics are donations since they have no resource generation due to its political affiliation.

iii. What motivates Political Leaders towards corruption?

The huge expenses towards its overhead and sustainability motivate Political Corruption, which is either through direct misappropriation or through falsification of State Policy towards the respective Interest / Identity / Ideology.

iv. What are the features of these Fabrics?

Since the world is governed by two Ideologies, i.e. Liberal and Communism, so these fabrics have two common interest Ideology / Interest. But in case the fabric has flair of Identity, then it can have two Interest / Identity. We have three National Political Parties based on Interest, Identity and Ideology. Though, all three fabrics have one feature common amongst each other, but still identical from each other on basic fabric, which make them diversified in totality.

v. How these Fabrics operate?
a. In land operation
b. Overseas operation

Ideology and Interest based fabric have an Overseas control whereas Identity based fabric has Inland control. The fabric which has Interest and Identity has two way control, whereas, those have Ideology and Interest are controlled by overseas.

These Political Fabrics always play a ‘multiple State-systems within Statehood’, which has conflicts of Interest and resulting blockage in Good Governance towards Universal Survival and confuse the Polity.

vi. Division in Parliament

The biggest drawback of the Political Feudalism, it divides the Parliament towards Ruling (Government) and Opposition. This makes them into a competitive spirit that complementary, hence Parliament is divided. Division in any institution blockage its operation and hence become less productive.

vii. How these Diversities unify?

The basic reason of the Unity though diversities, is the survival of the Fabric system, through misappropriation direct or indirect method. To protect their own skin, they paralyze the Vigilance and Arbitration / Legal system.

viii. Grabbing of State Resources
In these systems, the state resources are grabbed according to ‘Might is Right’ basis, which squeeze those who do not relate to those fabric. This further creates discrimination and distinctions in the Polity and further create counter feudal within the Community.

ix. Feudal Wars.

In the wake of weak vigilance and arbitration system, the feudal wars occur either through physical violence or structural violence.

x. Control by Overseas strategist through Party command.

It is easy to control the policy and the placement of the executives by the overseas strategists through the Party command. This is generally done through facilitation by various means.

This makes State-System, Defacto.

Towards Dejure State-System

Constitution has provided checks and balances to counter the hegemony and decontrol the power towards Universal Governance and has a mixed flair of Law (Reason) and People (emotions). Legislation is an important aspect in the Governance system which represents the aspiration and requirement of the People, whereas, Judiciary governs the aspiration against distraction. (Macro-Micro Theory)

Legislation under Dejure system should be based on independent representation without any Political fabric. This representation should be based on the need of the province and work as a Liaison between Government (Executive) and Community.

Parliament represent every corner of the country through its province and division of Parliament through Opposition and Ruling make division of the country, since each member of the Parliament represent each province of the country. Anyone in the opposition means opposition that portion of the land which alienates them from the governance.

Parliament is a Collective efforts, which works towards the aspiration and requirement of the People of the country towards well-being, i.e. Survival and Security. When the representation will be based on independent candidate, then there will be no opposition or ruling difference. The opposition or support will be based on Issues and Policy and not ideology / identity / interest, since what is common amongst all is Survival and Security, which has no ideology / identity or interest affiliation.

The best skill and ability will lead the departments and ministries floating in the parliament who will have no liability to fetch the interest of Political fabric. This will evade corruption in the Legislation.

In the absence of the Fabric constraints, the Leadership will bloom and flourish towards the great creativity and ability to implement since the survival of the Leadership will be based on performance and not according to the Political Control.

Since there will be absolute disintegration of the political fabric, the political representation will be based on the performance of the individual candidate and not based on muscle and money. This will further correct the electoral process.

The development of the constituency will be done by the fund allocated to each elected representative. This will be audited and accounted.

The Head of the Legislation, i.e. Prime Minister either will have a directly elected or within the Legislative members.

The ministries will be based on either by the Committee or individual best capable amongst the Legislative members.

The independent representative in the Legislation will have firm foreign policy based on the interest of the country than based on the ideology/ interest of the feudal.

Since the representative will be independent, so they will not be able to get into malpractice and misappropriation since lone person is always alert. This will check the corruption in the Legislation and alienate Legislation from feudal mafia.

Governance will be based on Institutions and through guilds and association. This will further establish a strong vigilance and arbitration / legal system.

This will bring a participatory democracy since the role of vigilance and support, which is presently played by opposition, will be executed by the Polity. This will make Governance a Team-Work with Team Spirit.

To make the Polity accountable towards good governance, voting should be mandatory towards retaining of Political rights. This will make a complete participation in the electoral process.

Interestingly, in the absence of the Political fabric, it will be difficult for the overseas strategists to influence National Policy and Foreign Policy. Besides this there will be no compulsion to compromise with the corrupt alliance and compromising the National Interest and hence there will not be any drain of wealth to overseas banks in the foreign land.

The best thing in this system is that, it is within the Constitutional framework and does not need any amendment to replace Political Feudalism to Dejure Governance.

The following information I have received from the various forum on Internet.

“1. TATAs took 100 years to become billionaire, Ambanis took 50 years(after utilizing all its resources), where as Robert Vadra took less than 10 years to become fastest multi billionaire.

2. All newspapers are scared to discuss the story of Robert Vadra because of severe threat from Sonia Gandhi and Congress govt.

3. After Robert Vadra got married with Priyanka Gandhi, Robert's father committed suicide under mysterious circumstances, his brother found dead in his delhi residence and his sister found dead in mysterious car accident. These reports were not published in any Indian media.

4. He is having stakes in Malls in premier locations of India, he is having stakes in DLF IPL, and DLF itself. He was involved in CWG corruption - DLF was responsible for development of Commonwealth games, and Kalmadi gave favoritism to DLF because of Robert Vadra's direct interest and business partnership with DLF.

5. Robert Vadra owns many Hilton Hotels including Hilton Gardens New Delhi

6. Robert Vadra's association with Kolkata Knight Riders has never been reported by Indian media

7. He has 20% ownership in Unitech, Biggest beneficiary ownership of 2G Scam. Because of Robert's involvement in this scam, there are concerns that investigation would never reach decisive conclusion

8. He owns prime property in India especially commercial hubs, and taxi business but for Air Taxi. He owns few private planes as well.

9. He has direct link with Italian businessman Quatrochi.

10. The Bureau of Civil Aviation Security has created a record of sorts by according special privilege to Robert Vadra, which entails him to walk in and out of any Indian airports without being subject to any security check. Only the President of India , Vice-President and a handful of other top dignitaries were accorded this rare distinction.

As a concerned citizen, I would like to know from the Government as to what was the special quality in Mr. Vadra that merited this rare honor. The government has no right to go in for such largesse that concerns with the security of the general public just for pleasing the son-in-law of Sonia Gandhi.”

It is important to understand for the Polity the authenticity of the information laid. In case, the said information is found factual, then why the actual beneficiary of the Scams is not yet taken into the spectrum of investigation. This is making the Polity unrest, whether the investigation will reach to decisive placement. I would request you to kindly look into the matter.

Dear Annaji,

I am a keen observant of your movement and I have my wholeheartedly appreciation for the pain and suffering you have taken and the efforts of your team towards Mass Awareness against Corruption and bringing the whole country together for the cause irrespective of identity.

You have continuously mentioned in your speech that you want Youth to come forward to take the lead of this movement. I take the initiative and present you my vision towards the Governance that will provide dignified survival and Security to the People of my Country.

As a Researcher in Political Science and keeping this vision, I have written few papers on the State-Society Relations that I have sent to Dr. Manmohan Singh, PM of our country in due course of time. I am enclosing those research papers on State-Society Relations along with the list of the links of the published articles in which I have expressed my views on various social and political issues.

In case, if you find my papers substantial, then I would like to lead your movement and give it in a constructive form towards good governance based on Structures and make the society towards dejure norms.

To shape up this vision, I would need a committed team of almost 552 representatives of each province who have social sensitivity, good coordinator and dejure in nature and beyond any Identity and Ideology.

The terror attack in Delhi killing and bleeding innocent people who at Delhi High Court has forced me to take the lead since I have realized that this government controlled by Nehru Dynasty has failed to give Security to the People, which is the basic of the Statehood.

Dear Annaji,

Though I do not claim to be your blind follower, but something that binds you and me is our background which led to our sensitivity and commitment to our Country. You have been trained by Indian Army and I am nurtured by Indian Air Force.

Here, I would like to join you to discuss the cause you raised through Jan Lokpal Bill. The conceptual understanding of the Jan Lok Pal Bill is very exciting and from the discussions that I have understood on various talk shows on Electronic Media has given a fair understanding on the formation of Institution which will be away from the Control of Government and have universal approach to fight against Economic Corruption at all level of the Governance Machinery including Parliament and Judiciary.

Though I acknowledge the Jan Lokpal Bill is State of Art instrument to fight against corruption which will shoot at least 60% of corruption from the Governance Institutions. But there are few apprehensions on Corruption for me since I did not face any corruption crisis just like Mr. Prashant Bhushan.

In any Govt. department the bribe is generally asked when the documents are incomplete and there is some flaw in the application. To facilitate the applicant, officials mis-do or manipulate with the procedure and take the bribe from the applicant which actually benefits the applicant at the cost of Government. In this case, if the official asks for the bribe for misconduct against Govt., then who should complain, the Government or the Applicant.

I have seen police taking bribes from those petty criminals against whom there are no sufficient documents or evidence to prosecute them in the Court so, as a penalty they take bribe for them to release them.

I have seen a strong nexus amongst Lawyers and local mafia who create conflicts in the society and call police and then make a monetary compromise, which is shared by Local politicians / Lawyer and Police. In that case who should be booked against corruption?

I have seen Prostitution is an organized Crime where Politicians / Mafia / Local Residents and of course Police play a significant role. In that case who should be accountable for such Social/Moral/Legal Corruption?

I have seen the street-hawkers who cannot afford the shops pays hafta to Police through the collection in-charge who is from the Community, when asked these Street Hawkers about these hafta, they said if we take shops for rent we have to pay 50,000/- but to Police we pay 4000/- p.m. In that case who should be booked for Corruption?

When the Public steal Income from the Government and do not pay proper Tax and manipulates accounts through Charted Accountant and IT Department, who should be booked against Corruption, after all, the beneficiary are the People who steal Tax from the Government?

When I went for AIIMS for my treatment, where Doctors were handful and a huge number of patients, and out of those patients I talked they spent huge money on private hospitals, but nothing worked out and then they came to Govt. Hospital for treatment, why the Private Hospitals are minting money on the destitute of patients, are they covered under corruption?

I also wondered when People choose a Corrupt Politicians against Freebies and sell vote for petty gain. How to penalize this corruption from the Polity, which is actual responsible for the whole Corrupt system?

Being a Researcher in Political Science and Responsible Citizen keeping so many questions in mind, I visited Ramlilla Maidan on 20th August, 2011 to understand how the people actually look at Anti-Corruption Movement. I initiated my discussion which was extremely brief with few question, e.g., how you define Corruption? How any institution can curtail corruption? Discussed CWG and 2G and Govt. behavior on PAC, etc., and also discussed Micro level Corruption, like Police, Ration card where the accountability and responsibility of people. When the answers were difficult, the ground became Verbal Violent from a Gandhian non-violence movement. I was called Corrupt, Traitor of the Land and a fellow from Pakistan. Though my credibility does not need anyone’s endorsement, but the behavior of Anna’s Followers made me think very seriously on Jan Lokpal issue.

I have observed an absolute failure of Reasoning amongst the participants of the movement against corruption. They are the Parrot representative of Mr. A. Kejrival. Their inability to answer my queries and abusing me and asked me to leave the Ramlila Ground, makes me compare your Approach and Government Approach.

Government obstructed your right to protest and your followers obstructed my expression on issue of corruption. Govt. allegation on you as Corrupt, and your follower awarded me as Traitor. Government says America/RSS is behind your Movement and your follower blamed me as Pakistan National. Govt. put you in Jail and your supporters asked me to leave the premises of Ramlila Ground. Please explain to me Annaji, how your followers are different from Government Touts, which is Absolute, Closed to discussion and Autocratic approach against the Democratic norms.

When an AK-47 is given to person that are emotional and lack the ability to reason make the Weapon dangerous since the victims will be those who would fail to satisfy their emotions. But when this similar weapon is in the hand of Solider that are well governed and nurtured makes the Border Secure. Similarly, Jan Lokpal is that AK-47 if used by those who are unreasonable and corrupt at their own level will lead a complete breakdown of the State-system. An efficient and strong Law that is controlled by People should have maturity in the Polity. Do you think our Polity is sufficiently matured, wise and uncorrupted to handle Jan Lokpal. This needs evaluation.

Annaji, the Corruption arises from the Tendency of Exploitation and this prevail amongst those who have Power, whether in the Government Machinery or in the Society. We need to work towards the mechanism that can curtail exploitation and make the Society Dejure since it is the Dejure Culture that gives Social Justice and curtail Corruption.

I am sending a copy of this letter to Dr. Manmohan Singh, since I send all my research papers on State-Society Relations to appraise him my thought process.

Ethnic Cleansing - Kashmiri Pandits

The recent incident of suppression of Political Right to its Political Citizen towards the National Integration in Gandhian way has raised few questions towards the integrity and intention of the Government of present who has been in power under Nehru Dynasty control for six decades.

Kashmir is historically Indian heritage since it was established by the Muni Kashyap and various Himalayan Heritages are the historical evidences in Hindu mythology. So, Kashmir as always part of Hindu Civilisation and it cannot be denied.

The forced displacement from the Valley where 400,000 Kashmiri Pandits, constituting 99% of the total population of Hindus living in Muslim majority area of the Kashmir Valley, since the end of 1989, is it not a best example of Genocide?



What could be the justification of Government when the following massacre was conducted to its citizen in its own land?

Educational Institutions burnt, damaged forcefully occupied : 105
Religious & Cultural Institutions Destroyed/burnt, damaged : 103
Shops, Factories looted/burnt/occupied : 14,430
Agriculture dependent families deprived of their land and source of income : 20,000
Horticulture dependent families deprived of their resource : 12,500
Houses Burnt : more than 20,000
Houses looted : 95%
Torture killings of Kashmiri Pandits in the Valley : more than 1,100

Kashmiri Pandits are refugees in Delhi in their own Land and Government is not showing any interest in rehabilitating to them.

How Kashmir is in dispute, when Maharaja Hari Singh signed the Annexation Kashmir with Indian Government. The Polity submits its sovereignty to the State and the State takes the Political decision. The question of dispute does not arise according to the Political Science and Governance system.

The Genocide is a heinous crime according to the International Law, then why the Government, Human Right Commission, World Forum and International Agencies for Human Rights remained mute on a cleansing of an Ethnic and forced exile under the shield of separatism and facilitation of terrorism.

The voice against terrorism and various investigations towards settling the Political Scores have raised one great question on Saffron.

The eminent member of your cabinet has raised an issue of Saffron Terrorism. I wonder how such vocabulary is used to define “terrorism”. Whereas, such vocabulary is earlier used for “education”

Saffron signifies enlightenment. It is a State of Life, i.e. Monk or Sainthood or Rishi-Muni who bestowed towards Universal good, which is beyond any identity. This state of Life spread their knowledge to enlighten the World which has been spiritually achieved. This distribution of knowledge can be termed as Saffron Education, which is based on enlightenment.

But I wonder how the highest State of Life can terrorize the humanity, needs conceptual clearance. Hinduism is a Civilisation, and Spiritualism is the utmost state of Life. How a civilisation which has the ultimate spirit can terrorize.

Hinduism is NOT an Identity, but a CIVILITY and none in any platform has the capacity to challenge the Civility of Humanity.

The Peace process in the Valley where a member of your team visited in the valley gave recommendation of reducing the Army to make the ease life in the Valley. My apprehension is how the Valley can be in peace where Natural Inhabitants, i.e. Kashmiri Pandits have been forcefully displaced and they are into a state of Refuges for 20 years now and unsettled in the refuges camps.

The various investigations on the various Blasts in various places which are targeted to a Cultural Abuse can only be justified when Kashmiri Pandits is re-established to their original form since their displacement is much chronic and heinous than any other terrorism.

The Government and Centre had put huge efforts to block a peace march towards National Integration and hosting National Flag in the Valley and they succeeded, but I wonder the Government did not put any effort to rehabilitate the Kashmiri Pandits where a number of 50,000 have already died after displacement to a hot weather against their natural state and health crisis.

The apprehensions raised on the blockage of hosting National Flag in the Valley, which is a Constitutional Right for every Citizen and also a peaceful march is a Constitutional Rights for Political Citizens reminds me the various movement of Gandhi that was forcefully blocked by the British Government.

The voice against Arundati Roy and Gilani and SP leader Azam Khan towards sedation charges on Kashmir issue when they raised an apprehensive view towards Kashmir as a disputed land and not a part of India, whereas the State Government and Central Government actually endorsed these traitors of the Land by blocking the peaceful march through Forces.

Whether the Present Government controlled by Nehru Dynasty is Indian Government, needs evaluation.

Economy of CWG - 2010

Dear Sir,

This is further to my previous communications on various issues; I have certain apprehensions regarding the Economical approach to one of the International Event recently conducted in Delhi, i.e. CWG, 2010.

A huge investment of Rupees 100,000 crores to an event of 10 days needs justification. This Event might have given some recognition in the field of Event Management in the World Community, but certainly raised many questions amongst the Thinkers of our Country.

A high profile Event is appreciable when there is stability at Home. Is there any Stability at Homeland in case of Security and Provision?

The CWG was the Event for Delhi or was of India, if it was for India, then why the other States were not the participants of the International Event.

The Infrastructure Development was focused in view of CWG. Do we need to have the Urban Planning according to the Foreign Visitors of the CWG or it should be according to the need of the People.

4. Why our Sport people could not perform in the various International Event in the Foreign Land?

5. The performance of the Participants was mainly based on the CWG, 2010 since India was the Host country?

The shift of beggars in Delhi to the neighbouring States is an indication of escapism of the Administration and covering the inadequacies to the foreign Visitor and foreign Media.

.The negative Media for the arrangement and security inadequacies, forced the Star performers to withdraw their participation, once this was done, suddenly the Media bashing was stopped. Was it a strategy towards the Medal statistics for Indian sports?

The approach of the Sport is towards the virtue enhancement or entertainment for the masses?

The main apprehension is the Economy aspect.

The approach of Economy is towards the Monetary generation through Major Events like CWG?

The approach is towards Growth of Economy or towards the Benefit of Growth to the masses?

How this CWG has helped the common masses except for few Business groups, when the Common people are suffering in the wake of High Price, Security Crisis (Naxalism and Maoism), Terrorism, unemployment, displacement and forced migration thru Economic disparity?

Why out of 100,000 crores of rupees, few crores could not invest on the shelter home for beggars instead of displacement on the occasion of CWG?

What is the definition of Infrastructure Development? Is it towards the Statuesque at International Level or towards the facilitation of the People of India?

Should the Delhi be the Capital of India get all the benefits of CWG games or 100,000 crores of Rupees could have spread to various States towards infrastructure development in wake of CWG games?

How sport is viewed in India? Is it an Industry or a Virtue of the Land?

If the Economy of a Land is based on the Growth rather than the development of the regime, then the approach towards the Infrastructure Development becomes a priority than Structural Development of the Society. Infrastructures of the Land can be ruined by calamities natural and or created, but the structural development of the society can never be ruined by Calamities either by natural or created.

The Events like CWG are only the tools towards infrastructural development and not towards Structural Development and Infrastructural Development is always towards feudal interest.

Sport is a Virtue and Sport Competition is a Soft War towards diversion of aggression. Sport is a Culture and NOT an Entertainment. Any Individual or Regime, which has Sportsmanship, is beyond defeat at Self, Land and or Universal since Sport is a spirit, which is empowered by discipline and practice.

In our Land, sport is an Industry and is in the grip of Mafia and Feudal. The virtues are cribbed and are a hand tool towards manipulation and exploitation. When the basic tool of the Regime, i.e. Sport has turned out to be entertainment than a Spirit, then how we can expect our Land to be in the International Standard in any field. We have numerous Sport Lovers, but limited Sports persons.

Virtues should be Nurtured and not Commercialized.

This needs thinking.

Subject: Threat to Micro Governance i.e. Customs and Traditions

Dear Sir,

The Governance is a synonym to Political Science. Without any Governance no Ideology or Pattern is termed effective. Similarly creating Laws without understanding the Society will remain just as a Legal Doctrine without its enforcement or effectiveness.

According to the Macro-Micro Theory, there are certain Acts that remained only as Doctrine that actually challenged the Micro Governance.

Micro Governance is governance based on Customs and Traditions which has the Social acceptability and also binds the Society intact. These binding within the Community have many relation of the existence i.e. Social accountability, Economy, Governance within the Micro Regime i.e. Family and Community.

Here I will discuss few acts that relates to Devdasi System, Equal Inheritance Law and Dowry.

In the Devdasi system, there was a committed Community who were submitted to give the Service to the Temple including the Priest. There was prohibition for the Marriage in certain Community of the Priest or the Religious Clergy due to the reason of inheritance or Dynasty system of the Divine Post and not for sexual deprivation, since Sex is a food of the Soul and no Soul can give its energies if it is deprived of its appetite and hence there was a Devdasi System i.e. a women exclusively committed to the Priest towards the Divine work. This Sexual appetite to the Priest was a support towards the motivation for the well being of the Society i.e. Governance through Religion (i.e. Faith).

The Brothel System in any society is a sign of organized Community since this gives an option towards the shredding of Sexual deprivation or Sexual Frustration. The Community of Brothels though placed as a Para-Community and was away from the main stream society, but it had a great relevance towards the Micro Governance of the main-stream Society. Though these Para-Communities such as Devdasi and/or Brothel-hood did not have a social security, but they had good resources to sustain their Livelihood i.e. Human Right.

Similarly, another Social System called Dowry which has great significance towards Micro Governance. Dowry as I have already mentioned in my previous papers is a Tribute (tax) to the Micro Ruler i.e. Groom.

Dowry is an extremely important in our Social system. It authenticates a Social Contract called Marriage. Marriage is a contract between a Ruler and Regime towards procreation that will have a sustainability of the Human Race. Indian Social system is based on Structure i.e. family system. Dowry is a Tribute to the Ruler (Groom) towards the provision and Protection of the Regime (Bride) throughout his life and after his life incase he is dead. This Tribute is given by the respective Ruler of the Bride i.e. Father or Brother or Maternal/Paternal Uncle. The Dowry has a great Social Security for Women It binds the Ruler (Groom) towards his Duty and will not be able to run away from the Responsibility.

There is another significance of Dowry is that it elevate Woman’s status in the Society. They do not become a neglected community in her parental house. The pressure of Marriage and the Dowry streamlined the Men community towards accumulation of the finances and this adds to the Economy in the Social System. The pressure of Dowry curtails the Men community to get into other evils such as toxicities or prostitution. This mental pressure towards the Micro Ruler makes them into mainstream society and away from the evils.

Other ceremonial gifts like StreeDhan which is given to the Daughter is also have a great significance in the Micro Governance. StreeDhan is inheritance of her parental property which is given at the time of marriage. This StreeDhan indicates her financial stability incase of crisis. Since Streedhan is given at the time of marriage to the daughter so her claim towards the parental inheritance of fixed properties becomes void. This makes the Sons of the parental properties settled and has no sharing of property outside the family.

Other ceremonial gifts such as post-marriage like in festivals and or on the birth of first child or subsequent children also play a significant role in the Micro Governance. These enable the continuous relationship between the two families and check the protection of the Woman at home. These also motivate the families to make themselves Economically equipped to fulfill such Social Obligations.

Social Obligation is nothing but Micro Governance. It streamlines the society and makes the dejure distribution of Economic thru Social Rituals and Social Rituals are nothing but Customs and Tradition.

Now, I would like to discuss that how the Micro-governance is being abused by the Macro Governance that became responsible towards the shattering of the society.

The abolishing of Customs like Devadasi or Dowry and / or equal rights to Women towards inheritance are also some of the preferential Laws towards the Protection of Women’s interest. But has this really benefited the Women community or the whole society. If yes, then how?

The abolishing of Devadasi system has made a community free from the traditional bondage and made them assimilation into the main stream society. The abolition of the brothel system made a traditional heritage of Tawaiff that was responsible to sustain the pious of the main-stream society and again free from the Traditional bonding. But could it curtail the Sexual starvation. Now Devadasi or Tawaiff community has been replaced by the Prostitutes / Call Girls. Earlier the Traditional Custom were separate from the main stream society and after the abolishment of the Traditional Custom, such virtues became a part of main stream society. Now Women from the every corner of the Community is part of Prostitution and also there is no social accountability. Prostitution is not due to Poverty but an Instinct of Individuals and community. No Legislation can curtail this instinct since it is a Virtue of the Society. Earlier people who were affluent were having a parallel relationship and para-community was only a platform of pleasure. Ordinary people were away from such luxury. But in the present circumstances the over population of Prostitutes made every ordinary people towards the affordability of buying Sex and exploring the varieties of Sex. This has actually shattered the Woman of Main Stream Society. This has further resulted all the crimes against women such as rape, sexual abuse and other atrocities at home and including matrimonial crisis such as Domestic Violence since Women lost her dignity in the wake of assimilation of the para-community into the main stream Society. Now, there is no social difference between these two communities. Para-community always has had distinct identity. Since those who used to have an association with such community from the main-stream society were identified and looked down in the society. This is called Social Accountability or Social Governance.

Secondly, I would like to discuss how non-discrimination for women in the inheritance has given a threat of security to old age people or de-stability of the Family bondage. Streedhan was a system to part the inheritance of moveable properties such as gold and others like produce from the farms etc. Non-moveable properties Land / Dwelling were part of the share of Sons since they were responsible for the further enhancement and the property remained within the family and take care of all the family members, since Son became the Micro Ruler of the said family.

The equal rights of Women in the inheritance of parental properties made Woman secured financially, but made the Old Parents insecured, since the motivation towards the responsibility of the Family by the Son became in question. So, the Sons are now neglecting the Parents and hence created a social crisis for old age people. Besides this Sons of the family are heading towards the Nuclear Family System. This is further giving fuel to Migration, which is the main crisis of World Politics. Moreover, the Women of the said family are taking dual benefit of Parental Properties and as well as enjoying the Matrimonial facilities whereas, the Son who is responsible for the Parents and the rest of the families are deprived only with part of family properties. So, this is actually a discriminatory proposition between the two genders and the sufferer is the Old parents. The purpose of Inheritance was towards the settlement and a family system. Then how could a law of inheritance dismantle the family system in the name of Equality. Preferential Laws for women is shattering the society and creating a difference in the relationships. The preferential Laws for Women can never benefit the society since the Women are part of the Society and not separate from the Society. Preferential treatment to Women creates discrimination and destroys the Universal Governance.


The Prohibition in the Dowry has made further social crisis. The Micro Ruler has lost their identity and relevance in the Marriage system.. The Dowry Prohibition did not bring the peace in the Bride’s life but made her parent more irresponsible towards the responsibility for their Daughters. Dowry is a Shagun (Tribute) towards the Kanya Dan (Regime), and no dan is recognized without a Shagun (Tribute) or empty handed. This has created non-stability for the women at their matrimonial home and they are forced to work for money since the Micro Ruler refuse to bear the expenses of the micro-regime and hence become exploitive in the name of regular dowry. Since a Social Custom is been abused by the Macro Governance so, Society has also squeeze their responsibility to sustain the marriage system in the society. Hence this has paved various flaws in the marriage i.e. broken marriage, abuse of laws, and disturbance in the matrimonial home.

The Burning of young Brides to death is not because of Dowry but due to the exploitive tendency or Criminal instinct of the Micro Ruler. There is no role of any Custom towards the crisis of women in any form. All the customs were made towards the Micro Governance and had social acceptability and women are part of it. The Criminal tendencies can be handled differently since there are many provisions in the Laws, but abusing a custom which give social security to women makes the stability in question.

Women burning are a natural virtue of our Land e.g. Sati, Self-immolations, burning brides, burning women of lower caste including women and children are burnt alive in riots. Since women are treated as weak regime and neglected community so it is easy for them to get prayed and burning alive is an animosity tendency of human instinct. Numerous Riots are seen where killing and burning people is natural in the name of Religion but Religion is never abolished. There have been enormous greed and corruption in the Political System. There are numerous students get into self-immolation on the death of their political leaders, but then why Political system itself did not dismantle. There are women of lower caste who are raped in public and then burned alive. Hence burning women is a Social Instinct (Evil) and not the virtue of custom and tradition. Dowry gives a Social security to Women in her parental house as well as in matrimonial house. Abolishing Dowry is actually destabilizing the Social system


The exploitation of Women in the marriage has a great significance if it is compared with the Macro Governance. Any Governance where the Macro Regime (i.e. Community as a whole) is being nurtured properly leads to the peaceful existence of the Micro Regime. The Economy plays a significant role in this case. If we evaluate history and present governance, the condition of women were really bad when there was lack of Macro Governance. More exploitive Ruler make micro ruler equally exploitive to Women at home. Just the way we are having numerous social/political/economical crisis and there is a great threat of Internal Security due to mal-governance at macro level. This is called exploitive tendencies of the Macro Ruler even the community is paying Tax (Dowry). The random increase of Tax and high price for the minimum survival is a macro exploitive tendency and claim of dowry without providing Internal Security. I wonder, when all the three forms of governance i.e. dejure, defacto and faith (religion) are availing Dowry i.e. tribute in the way of tax, bribe (protection money) and donation (charity) then how the tribute to Micro Ruler is termed as Crime. Is it not discriminatory whereas all the three forms of governance is inadequate in itself and exploiting and killing the masses in the name of, Naxals, Terrorism and Riots. What will happen if there is an erosion of the tax system will the state-system exists; or if there is a curtail of paying bribe or protection money, will the governance by power sustain; or what will happen if the Donation and Charity is eroded from the Religious organization will it sustain.. Similarly, when Dowry is eroded, this has challenged the Institution of Marriage, which has been substituted by Live-in relationships or gayism.

If one has a comparative study on Dowry, it would be found that Dowry Deaths are more in the period of Economic Liberalization and Globalization since such pattern of economy has paved a way for the exploitation of some section of macro regimes.

I would like to explain this with an example of our Agriculture. The Agriculture enjoyed the maximum benefit of Welfare State such as non-taxable income and subsidiary and support in many forms. Though they did not give tax and enjoyed the benefit towards the state protection. Gradually they lost the grip of state, since state found the Agriculture is a Liability than the asset, so they started focusing on Industries. The shift of Focus from the Agriculture made a drastic downfall in the same and resulted many suicides of this neglected community. If Farmers would have paid some Tax (Dowry) to the State, the State would have been obliged to look after them and could not afford to neglect them.

So, Tax is nothing but a tribute to the Ruler / State and makes the State bonded towards the Governance. This creates self-esteem for the both parties i.e. Regime as well as Ruler since it give security to the Regime and recognition to the Ruler. Moreover, Tax is something that motivates the Community to work more and raise the Economy otherwise the Community remain in the receiving end of the Welfare State. The Tax (Dowry) motivates people to participate in the Governance and hence a participatory growth. Similarly this is with the Dowry at Micro Level. Dowry makes the Marriage stable and accountable for both the Parties and has social accountability.

Hence, I would like to conclude with this the abolishing Social custom brings social instability which is accepted by the ages. No custom or tradition is anti Women or anti-society since Women are part of the Society and not separate from the Society. But the exploitive tendencies make the social custom as tool to satisfy their greed. So, we need to work against Greed and Criminal tendencies both at Micro and Macro Level than abusing any Custom and Tradition. These Customs and Traditions are our Heritage and governed our Society though numerous rulers Invaded, Colonized and ruled us, but still made our society stable and prosperous.

Whether it is a Macro Ruler or Micro Ruler, submission to the Laws and family customs and traditions is the only way towards the peaceful existence. The sense of Duties makes a Family and the Country prospers. The claim of Rights only creates distance and crisis in the relationship / marriage whether Micro (husband and wife) or Macro (Authority and Community).
