ACADEMIC WORKS..

Academic Works

2003 : Worked with Delhi Police on disbursing a prostitution racket,
flourishing for almost 10 years in an acute crime prone area at Kalkaji, New Delhi. This racket was deep routed and politically influenced. ‘Janta Darbar’ conducted by a senior police officer was a main focus area of this work. ‘Janata Darbar’ was basically a direct interaction between the authority and the community, where authority reached to the area to understand the basic internal security crises. Besides, this a mass education programme was also introduced to make the community understand the basic needs to be done to be safe from being victimized from unforeseen crime and also developed a confidence in the Police and Law of the country. This efforts was basically a confidence building measures and a reducing a gap between authority and the community.

2004 : A write-up on “Khaki Terrorism??”. This was an effort to explain
my involvement with Delhi Police and the crisis faced during the disbursement of the Prostitution racket. The confrontation with the local mafia and their political influences while a passive attitude of the community. This write up was a factual representation of the police actions and inadequacies towards fighting crime.

2006 : A write up on “Combating Terrorism”. This write-up was written
to the Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, after his statement given on ‘Terrorism’ and involving the beat policing actively. In this, I have enhanced the positive contribution of ‘Janta Darbar’ on internal security. The community participation and a confidence building in the policing system would be an appropriate step to combat terrorism, since the terrorist take shelter within the community and without the participation of the community the police work would remain just as ‘watch-dog’. I have also explained the essence of Police dignity towards the community well-being. I have also explained the dynamism of Police force while they are on work that is witnessed by me.

2007 : A short-story on ‘Kabariwala’, written to Prime Minister, Dr.
Manamohan Singh, explaining how economic elites have neglected the society while the society contributed enormously towards their growth. This neglect is responsible for the social unrest. In this I have also tried to explain how the appropriate conditions of Women are essential in the growth of the society.

2007 : A write-up on “Combating Social Injustice” written to the Chief
Justice of India. In this I have attempted to highlight the inadequacies of Legal Aid that is being provided to the economically weak and deprived section of the community. I have also tried to invoke the ‘rights’ and the ‘duties’ of the Community and the Authority. The legal obligations and accountability of the Law professional is also being highlighted in this write-up. Most importantly, the human capacity flourishing within the community that remains unused due to lack of initiative of the intellectual elites.

2008 : A write-up on “Understanding Democracy” written to the Prime
Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh. This write-up was prepared to give a complete understanding of democracy in a holistic manner. The democracy does not limit to the ‘rule of law’, it also enhance ‘rule of power’ and ‘rule of faith’. A comparative analysis was being given to understand the real meaning of democracy. This was illustrated with a living example of judiciary and legislation of our country.

2008 : The ‘Macro-Micro Theory’ written to Dr. Manmohan Singh, The
Prime Minister of India, created an understanding of the relation between reason and emotions, where reason that governs emotions indicates wisdom and the emotions that support reason creates generosity. It has evaluated the cause of the destitution of Women historically whether Sati, female infanticide or dowry deaths. It has also defined human species called ‘man’ and ‘woman’ in terms of attributes and also evaluated the relation between man and women in comparison with Authority and Community and further Legislature and Judiciary. This theory guarantees the mending the human fabric which is at present in an absolute torn state.

2008 : ‘Defining Terrorism’ written to Dr. Manmohan Singh, The Prime
Minister of India, in which, the terrorism has been classified into three aspects i.e. religion, foreign policy and domestic strategy. It has been evaluated that why Islam is being linked with terrorism and its historical prospective that led to a present significance of laissez-faire trade. It has also being discussed why India is vulnerable to terrorism. A detailed analysis by which it has been concluded that terrorism is an artificial calamity created by ungoverned economy i.e. an economy based on speculation, manipulation and appropriation.

2009 : ‘Multiculturalism and identity crises’ written to Dr. Manmohan
Singh, The Prime Minister of India, explains why culture should not have an entitlement. Culture nurtures the community and its existence is based on its capacity to nurture. Many culture perished due to its diminishing character and no preferential law can preserve it. Caste system has been evaluated on the basis of human evaluation historically. Evaluation of human kind started with cultivators (Shudra) that grew to trade (Vaishya) and later protection to the wealth created monarch (Kshatriya) and later the scholars (Brahmins) who created values in the society. These are the virtues of the land of India and it has no hereditary character. A societal comparison between Hindu society and Muslim society is also explained. All the castes are the pillars of Indian society since it is a land of cultivators and spirits. Sudra is the base, Brahmins are the roof and Vaishya and Kshatriya are the two support pillars. If any one aspect (Shudra/Brahmins/Vaishya/Kshatriya) of the structure is overlooked, then the society will have a Limping Growth. This has also discussed the ‘abuses of inheritance’, and created a platform where the Liberals and Marxists can meet and hence will erode the Two World Crises and will pave a way for a Utopian Society.

2009 : ‘On Submission’ is my concluding paper written to Dr. Manmohan
Singh, The Prime Minister of India, explains the entitlements of the community and the parameter of the governance, i.e. the criteria of citizenship. The citizenship is not a natural right rather it has to be attained, since the society has binding, and has characteristic of interdependency and that cherished duty. Next, the pattern of representation has been explained and discussed why the province representation is inadequate (corruption and identity crises) for state governance. The creation of structural representation will erode the flaws of the representation governance (an outline has been sketched and need intricate studies). Finally, discourse on the necessity of religion/culture in the State-Society relations where the sovereignty of law on state governance and the essence of tribute (tax) will enhance ‘submission’ and recognize the state-hood.

Finally, the research is concluded with acknowledgments to all those people who have influenced my writings, i.e. The Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, Judiciary, Delhi Police, IGNOU, NGOs, Relations and many/others.

All my work is on the line on social harmony and binding the community together. The ‘Janta Darbar’ has influenced my vision for the society enormously. The growing gap between the state and community and the active involvements of the intermediates creating a disillusion in the state-system is my field of understanding.

Feudalism

Sub : Feudalism

This is further to the communications on various Socio-Political issues on State-Society Relations, now I wish to evaluate the term called Feudalism and try to discuss its impact on Society and its Growth.

Historically, Feudalism is related to a social-economy system of Europe where the Lords had Leased Lands from the Crown. Since Feudalism is related to Land in the ancient times the Economy was based on Land (Agriculture). The Concept of Feudalism changed after Industrialization and later Globalization.

In Indian system, Feudalism did not exist since it had structured governance through self-sufficiency economy in the Village system. There was a true demarcation of Rural and Urban Economy.

Feudalism is treated as a historical concept and is only referred as an Economical system of Ancient Europe, but Feudalism is a Concept related to the Economy as a whole not just related to Land. There are two types of Feudalism i.e. Real and Virtual.. Real Feudalism is related to what we see i.e. Land (Province), Industries (Colony) and Structure (Globalization), whereas in the Virtual Feudalism there are different means of Feudalism, like Real Estate, Human Resources, Market etc..

In Real Feudalism, the agrarian produces were the source of Income for the Lords. In the Industrial face the said feudalism converted to the Colony which crossed the border of Europe and in the era of Globalization the structure i.e. been feudal by the Corporate World wide.

Real Feudalism has got a visibility of its operation and has the accessibility to the governance whereas in virtual feudalism it is not quite visible but controls the governance system. Feudalism is a form of de-facto governance. This is separate from the Political Governance. Feudalism is actually Control of Wealth. This Wealth can be real i.e. Land and Industries and virtual i.e. Real Estate, Market and Human Resources.

In the Real Estate Feudalism, there is an involvement of Real Estate Agents and Builders which functions under de-facto measures. Control in the Properties and earning thru Industrial and Residential Rents is a confirmed state of Income. This leads to the Control of Property in the handful of people and makes the masses at the receiving end. This is the cause of high rise of Real Estate valuation which makes the masses away from the access of the Property. This creates feudalism in the Real Estate.

In the Market Feudalism, the control of the Market by the Macro Traders who controls the Purchases of the Industrial Groups where as the Vendor Industries are becoming on the Manufacturing Units or Works only i.e. Industrial Labour. This is the cause of down fall of Small Scale Industries. These Macro Traders are Market Feudal Lords.

Human Resources Feudalism is basically a control of Resources and manipulating them through Market for example in Indian Cinema and Sports. The talents have to go through the Feudal Groups who control the Resources. Here the Talents suffer as they are not able to facilitate the Groups.

The Feudal Groups in the Virtual state controls the Wealth, so the Masses are bound to be exploited since it creates Class. Without dismantling the Feudal Groups it will not be possible to acquire the De-jure Governance.

Drain of Wealth in the Foreign Banks in Foreign Land in Private Account is a clear evidence of Virtual Feudalism. Brain Drain from the Third World Countries is the best example of the Global Virtual Feudalism.

Since the tenant of Feudalism is Control of Wealth, this leads to exploitation. Control leads to Power and Power and Power is always exploitive and corrupt, whereas, Law leads to Governance which is Universal and thru Structures. In a Structural Governance, it is governed by Guilds and not Feudal. In Indian Economy we have Structural Economy as Legacy. Without strengthening the Structural Economy through guilds it will be very difficult to confront the Global Feudalism.

With best regards,

Sub: India Partition – an evaluation

Dear Sir,

This is in continuation to our communication on the various issues; I am now providing you an original evaluation of the Historical Event called India Partition.

The freedom of struggle in 1857 was started as mutiny of Indian British Army and was backed by all the local rulers. Hence it had sowed the seed towards the rebel against the atrocities and the exploitations of the Colonial Rule.

Though the said first war of Independence faced a strong defeat from the British Army but it made a very serious thinking for the British Crown. To settle the aggression and the discontentment of the masses, the East India Company was taken over by the British Government. This was the first change of hands of Power, i.e. from the East India Company to the British Crown. The people of India got settled that they have thrown away the Company Rule and are now into Direct British Governance.

Here I would like to evaluate that earlier, the East India Company was a franchise of the British Government, and after the 1857 episode, the said franchise was cancelled and the British extended its administrative branch in India.

In due course of time with the settled governance and the ignorance of people, the new reformative ideas started floating in our country. Some reformation like Sati Pratha took a legislative role and introduction of English was a tool to further making the administration intricate. A rise of Hinduism also was seen in this period. During this period a critical analysis was floated towards Drain of Wealth. This is a kind of realization that the blessed governance of British was actually a source of Draining of Wealth and making the country poor. This period was called a period of Moderates.

In the wake of Hindu identity that was lost during the Muslim rule was also seen as a major administrative crisis. Bengal partition was a result of that rise of the Hinduism. This partition had created lots of discontentment in the Bengal people since many of them were displaced. Displacement is the biggest wound in any human crisis. This displacement created a wake of freedom struggles as hatred towards the British Rule. This led to Extremism where British officers were been targeted. The said Extremist were caught and were hanged were termed as martyr for a noble cause i.e. struggle for freedom. Further this led to an utmost desired called Self-governance, i.e. Swaraj.

The desire for self-governance was a great ambition of the elitist. The power is the base of all motivation towards the human action and this is the truth. Gandhiji’s contribution was significant in fulfilling the ambition of the Elitists. Gandhiji’s idealism and humanism was just acted as fuel to the fire to the struggle for power that we term as Freedom Struggle. Many movements led by Gandhiji were withdrawn due to lack of the Control system. This is a Great Significance as evidence to the inadequacies in the Governance abilities and Internal Cracks.

The history of World Wars was very significant towards our struggle for freedom. The two Wars have witnessed the dirt of imperialist ambitions and the mass destruction. This broke the World Community who was into imperial governance. India joining hands with British in the Second World War (while in the process of hate campaign against British Government) was an ample proof in the inadequacies in the freedom struggle and morality of the Elitist. The joining hands with British were mainly a negotiation of the Elitist towards the handing of Power at the cost of trust and fate of India and against the morality and ideology of Freedom Struggle. This incident as action was actually a massacre of the aspiration towards the Free India by few elitist.

The partition of India and the formation of Pakistan was not an ambition of Jinnah. It was the need of the situation that was created by the history of almost a century ago. Jinnah was a modern and educated man so he was made the Head of the State termed Pakistan. The Division of Bengal was not Jinnah’s ambition but was a political need. Jinnah was not a mass leader, he was an elitist. So the question of Civil War does not arise. Moreover, how come Jinnah’s ambition could be proved so powerful that he actually divided a country? If this is so then Jinnah was a true candidate of the State Head. It was actually blaming the other side to save one’s own skin.

India never got freedom from the colonial rule. It was just change of hands for power. Just the East India Company was taken over by the British Crown and later India was given on lease to the Indian National Congress for the governance. The assassination of Gandhi was very necessary for ambition of the Leased Colonised Governance. Gandhi was a mass leader and a man of vision. If he had died naturally then it was a big problem for the Leased Colonised Governance. Gandhiji did not accept any post in the Legislation since he was absolutely broken by the narrowness of concept of self-governance. Numerous people laid their live for their Motherland were actually cheated and betrayed.

Hatred towards Pakistan and allegation to Gandhiji towards his bend for Pakistan was a Political gimmick. The hatred that has been created was visionary hatred and had no base. Since the People of Pakistan is also having the same fate that People of India, that is exploitation by the Leased Colonialised governance.

The Constitution of our Land is just the same as Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It is in a way it is correct since India is a mini world with a diversified cultures and identity.

The lack of abilities in the self-governance was a clear indication when forming the design of representation and division of states as per language. This limited the role of individuals towards the right to vote only and representation based on identity.

Colonized Leased Governance is still proactive; the collapse of USSR had a clear effect in Indian Economy. The SAP and introduction of Liberal Economy and Multinational Companies are the true evidence of Leased Colonised Governance. And more pathetically the drain of wealth in the foreign bank and in the foreign land in private account and also a scot-free of the Italian accused of the biggest Scam and that to on Defence Deal is a most evident proof of my stand of Leased Colonised Governance. The un-natural death of various leaders and the links to a political party is also a clear indication of Leased Colonised Governance and hence destroying the macro Human Resources which is a serious concern.

Gandhiji was honored as Father of Nation, but his virtues were only a lips service and never adhered. Since it would have been adhered, the Leased Colonial Governance would have failed. The betrayal of the emotions to the motherland by the common people is a clear indication towards the political crisis in the Country.

India never got freedom even after six decades after the exit of British governance. The masses are still being exploited. There is no provision of the Base Line that is the root of violence e.g. Naxals. The identity crisis and so called the flavour of terrorism where religion is a scapegoat is a clear indication of divide and rule policy of Leased Colonised Governance.

These are my absolute analysis on India Partition and are a based on free and uninfluenced thinking. Since SCHOLARS are Universal and Universality is their identity. This ideology is a stepping stone towards Social Justice.

With best regards,

Yours faithfully,
