Dear Sir,
The ongoing
investigation on the IPL 06 on Fixing scandal and betting racket, it is expected that there
will be a systematic investigation on every aspect of IPL gambling that involve
all sorts of Organised Crime from betting, fixing, trafficking, drugs and also
money laundering. But these aspects seem
to be stuck to a fixed investigation which was mainly focused on removal of
BCCI Chief and became a victim of internal Politics and power play.
In my recent
papers on “Politics of Drugs” indicated that how Entertainment by way of
Glamour and Sports are responsible towards the illicit activities that have
become a real threat to the World Peace by way of trafficking, laundering and
terrorism. The IPL investigation by
Delhi Police and Mumbai Police have giving significant evidences how the Sport
controlled by the underworld functions from the transit Nations is controlling
the illicit economy of the Nation and also invaded the licit economy destroying
the State Treasure.
This is also
important to understand that the BCCI is controlling the Cricket hold its legal
status murkier and do not come under the ambit of national Laws or
accountability whereas BCCI is representing India and its players are Event Ambassadors
from India in many occasions. The Star
Players are also holding crucial uniformed ranks in Indian Military. Huge employees in the Government sectors are
from the Cricket sports while it governing body has no affiliation to Indian
Laws or authorization. This is besides
that the BCCI enjoy Tax Exemption and also avail the resources of Land, Water
and Electricity which have been compensated by the Mass population either by scarcity
of the resources or by paying the heavy bills to liquidize the losses. The Cricket Board, which is availing so many
facilities beyond the accountability, is controlled by Underworld from Dubai which indicates
that our State System is under the grip of Mafia to which there is no check.
The Spectrum of
Investigation is so wide and layered that is necessary to check the Corruption,
Tax evasion, Terrorism, Trafficking and also Criminalization in the Electoral
process. To which there is a need of Supervision
in the investigation by the responsible Authority so that the Investigation by
various agencies are not influenced or blocked.
There are many
aspects of Investigation in the IPL matches run by BCCI. Besides fixing and betting, which is against
the aspiration of Sports, it is also important to find out the Source of income
for the betting and its channel of transaction through money laundering. The culture of IPL involves huge trafficking
of Women across the World and also involves drugs and sex trafficking.
Further it is
also required investigation on the investment on the Companies and its
deceptive functions as it is exposed in S-36 Sports and Entertainment Pvt.
Ltd., of one the Star cricketer under Companies Laws Act. This should be followed by the Income Tax
investigation whether there is any tax theft or not.
Hence, this
leads to a very huge and multi-institutional and multi-dimensional
investigation that needs a Special Investigating Team under the Fast Track Court
that may need new laws to check organized crime in the era of Globalisation.
A Body of Specific
Sport activities, which is controlled by the Underworld and part of the British
IR strategy to control the Political system through recreation at the cost of
masses enjoys the more rights and privileges that any citizen who follow the
norm of the country and pay appropriate taxes and other obligations. The water crisis is Maharashtra is a living
example where the people of Maharashtra are
deprived of Water and the IPL was facilitate a huge quantum of water to keep
the game alive and fresh. It seems the
survival means of Population is India
has less relevance than the mechanism for extortion where IPL has not cleared
the outstanding payments dues of the consumption of resources and security and
as a matter of privilege and avails tax exemption.
I request that
if you could kindly look into the matter so that the aspiration of the masses
towards the clean system, whether Political, Administrative or Social can be
achieved.

Commissioner of Police (Crime Branch), Mumbai, since they are already quite ahead
in many breakthroughs in the investigation.
